SMALL DETAILS. REAL DIFFERENCE.

The things that get
in your customers’ way.

We look for specific, observable problems and explain what they mean. Every proposed repair starts with evidence.

Customer journeys

Broken destinations, unclear links, missing image alternatives, and unlabeled fields. Form delivery needs a separate controlled test after connection.

Search & AI access

Accidental indexing restrictions, missing or generic titles, inaccessible page text, and invalid structured-data syntax. No special AI file can guarantee recommendations.

Website basics

Unreachable pages, HTTPS issues, and technical mobile baselines. These checks do not replace a full security assessment or a complete accessibility audit.

Repairs that fit the website you have

Our first repair scope focuses on supported page content: a confirmed link destination, an accurate image alternative, or a supported title or wording change. We confirm how a change will be applied before you pay.

Work that needs its own scope

A redesign, migration, malware cleanup, checkout change, custom application feature, or change to a server’s security settings needs a separate assessment. A public scan alone does not establish that these changes are safe or necessary.

The problem library improves with evidence

New check ideas enter review before becoming scored rules. A check needs a repeatable test, understandable evidence, and a clear statement of what it cannot prove.
