Information we use
We use your sign-in identity, contact details, website address, reports, confirmed business facts, service orders, approvals, and support messages. Public checks retrieve publicly accessible website content. We keep limited security and usage records to prevent abuse and run the service.
Sign-in and payments
Google or Apple handles your sign-in. Cloudflare stores account and service data, and Better Auth manages secure sign-in sessions. Stripe processes payments; we do not receive or store your full payment-card number. Your identity provider and payment provider also apply their own privacy policies.
Website access and AI
Connected website credentials are encrypted and used for the authorized service. Do not send passwords through support messages. When AI assistance is enabled, OpenAI processes the selected page excerpts and confirmed business facts needed to propose or explain a change. We do not intentionally send website passwords or private customer records to a model.
What we share
We use service providers for hosting, storage, payment processing, authentication, and authorized email. We do not sell your contact details. A private report link grants access to its report until it expires or is saved to an account, so share it carefully.
Keeping and removing information
Unsaved report links expire after 24 hours. Saved reports and approved-change records support your account and service history. Some payment and security records may need to be retained after an account closes. Request account closure, a copy of your information, or deletion through the contact form; we will confirm your identity before acting.
Your choices
You can disconnect a website, cancel ongoing care, request help with your account, and unsubscribe from marketing messages. Service messages about an active order or security remain separate from optional marketing.
